New game plan.... in order for me not to stress out and feel like quitting I shall remove the scale from the bathroom and one weight myself in once a week that way when I do well one day and gain 2 pounds the next it will not stress me out much... and I will stick to the diet as best I can...

So Far so good today: had the following:
1 Slim Fast Shake for breakfast
1 Jello Cup (5 calories) for snack
1 Slim Fast Shake for lunch

I think for dinner I'm gonna steam some veggies that will go bad soon if I don't make it and probably some chicken breast...


Commentaires 
I had to do the same thing - if I get on the scale in the morning after a good dieting day I get really upset if I weigh more! Then I get the "well what's the point" attitude and the "if Im going to weigh the same on a diet as off I may as well eat whatever I want" attitude... I found it hard to stick to weighing once a week - I have to hide the scale - but it is helpful to see weekly progress instead of daily fluctuation!
