Had another slip up this week. I had to throw away my son's birthday cake b/c it just kept triggering me. My husband and daughter don't need it anyway. It wasn't even that great, but just the sight of it made me want to go back to the sugar. Now it is out of sight, and out of mind.
I joined the gym near me. Now that my son isn't nursing as much I can try and work out more often. I am going to try to go three times a week. Still going to continue the little routine that I do at home.
This may sound silly, but I watch My 600lb Life and lift weights. Seeing these people be motivated keeps me motivated to keep going, lol.
Hopefully joining the gym will put my weight loss into high gear!
