When I started my journey in 2013 I weighed 130kg I went right down to 65kg and I was so happy. But life happened and in 2016 my father in law died and 6 months later my Dad died. I lost my will and could not understand why life was so cruel. So I crawled into my old habits FOOD late at night and before I realized it I was back to 107kg in April 2018. But my head is feeling clear now and I want to reach my goal and I will. Thehard part is my Crohn's is still highly active and sadly my Crohn's doesn't make me skinny and my growths are so large that I currently can't gym, but I will get back to gym I just need to find a work out plan that works with my body.
