Eish! Im struggling. The 1st 5kg was easy as pie, but Im really battling to get rid if the kilos now. Im 10kg down from when I started 5 weeks ago. 1st week I lost 5kg, but now its been up and down; going down way too slowly. Last night hit a low. Took a couple of whiskeys, which is my normal Sunday treat, but felt depressed and ate 2 marshmallows and a piece of chocolate!!
Feeling better today again. Had a healthy breakfast and feeling strong.
120 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 3 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 7 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
