Ugh... I had completely slacked in all areas. plus my period is now back showing my body is trying to right itself after 2 years of being gone. so much for still nursing. i am not sure if the weight gain is all me or me partially holding water for that time of the month. either way, I am disgusted to be almost back at 140 and now have 25lb to go. Stricting it all up once again and I think Mike might join me this time. lets see if he does
