So I didnt eat like I should have yesterday, but I am proud of myself for still recording it. I had gotten in the habit of not recording the bad days, now I have to look at this day and know that I messed up. but it's okay I am back on track today and I plan to stay that way. I know I can lose that weight it's just gonna take some work.
