Last night was a bad night. We had a babysitter for the first time in months and let's just say alcohol and dieting don't mix well whatsoever! I had too much to drink and that of course led to me eating bad things. Let's just say on our way home I ate a whole combo meal from Krystal's before I even knew what happened. Ugh!!!!

Oh wow, Krystals. Square burgers, right? I remember that from living in Alabama during high school. :) It'll be ok, though. I bet you're already back on the south beach wagon and will be just fine.

yep. little square burgers. i think they are like White Castle but SOOO much better.

I can relate. It's been my experience that I'm more likely to go off the diet plan when I drink. I'm pretty good when I limit myself to one glass of wine.
