Well, surprise surprise, I didn't get NEARLY enough exercise today. I spent too much time running around with housework and paying bills and before i knew it hubby was home and I just didn't find the time. :(. Didn't go as low on calories as I'd wanted to either. :X
I hope the scale doesn't go up any more. I didn't go over on my calories, I pretty much just kept them about the same as they've been the last few days, 1480. Well, I'll get up early to work out tommorow, as i may not get another chance. Gotta go to church in the morning, so it can't be a super long workout either. But it should be nice tommorow, maybe we'll get out walking. Here's hoping!
