I woke up this morning 1/2 a lb down - last week was an awesome week for weight loss and I really need to start adding exercise to make it even better. My cravings for carbs are gone - I recall how difficult it was at first to not fix pasta for dinner - with olive oil and tomatoes - I love not craving the carbs. I am really starting to figure out how to eat low carb and stay healthy. I also bought the book "Wheat Belly" yesterday because I had heard such good things about it.
