Well, it's FRIDAY we all know what that means ● ● NO EATING TODAY, COFFEE, BANANA Tomorrow is WEIGH IN. I hope I have lost weight. If so, I can splurge on Saturday ! ! Friday's are very hard to get the worst day of the week. My anxiety goes through the roof, I seem to feel hungry & want to eat. Got any suggestions ? Post me. Nattybun
