I actually go a workout in this morning. The dogs had me up anyway, so I stayed up and did a workout. Feeling a little better today and my voice is somewhat better, we'll see what the ENT says this afternoon. If I stay feeling okay and can keep getting my workouts done through the weekend I'll be happy. I've had a lot of up and down with the scale this month. I've had about a 4 pound range that I've been sticking with, so as long as I don't go over that I'm glad, but I want to get down below 130 some day. I just need to be patient, get to feeling better, and stick with it and I'll get there eventually.
Of course the candy dish on my desk, that I usually ignore, is calling my name. I am craving chocolate today so bad. I may break down at the end of the day and have a mini snickers or something, but I'm going to try to hold off and not eat any of them. I know once I eat one I'll want more, so it's best to just not go there.

Commentaires 
Those last few pounds are always the hardest. Remember it's not all about the scale. If you are working out a lot you could still be getting leaner just not lighter :) Keep up the good work and let yourself have the mini snickers... but on the way out so you don't grab more than one lol!
