Last Month I did a master cleanse and I lost 7.6 kg in 44 days..but I probably gained some of the weight back as I haven't been to the scale ever since then. I decided not to weigh until I feel like it..I'm sticking to my diet and doing all the best I can... scale is not my friend anymore. I have reached my initial goal weight but I still need to loose 10 more kgs... I will only weigh next month

I also can't bring myself to getting on the scale again. I weighed 80kg last year when I started my journey and the last time I was on the scale was just before the festive season and by then I weighed 72 kg. I know I have gained the weight back again hence I'm assuming I weigh 80kg or even more.

I get what you guys are saying.. I'm not saying I don't weigh anymore, I'm just saying I will only weigh only on monthly basis from now on... I get discouraged very easy when the scale is going up and down 🙈🙉

Hi Anzel, I googled it... I used to mix a pinch of cayenne pepper, fresh 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice on a glass of tap water.. I didn't add the maple syrup as I thought it will delay my progress.. U can however add as it is stated. I drank about 8-10 glasses no eating at all. I used to do it only 3 days of the week, just google it and see what will work for you😘
