I'm feeling kind of tired and ickie right now..I think I may be getting sick from the abrupt change in weather. I just feel a little drained and I feel a bit conjested and like I am losing my voice. Man I just got over being sick! I hope it is just allergies. I need to force myself through one more workout, but I think I will take a little rest for now.
