Doing OK. I figure out that the long-term problem with me and not being able to have lots of energy much of the time is not related to psych meds that I'm on but is due to the arthritis that I have. I read about a woman whose husband has the same type of arthritis as I do and he has extreme fatigue at times. And so I know the cause now... Otherwise I am trying to exercise when I can. It has been cool and rainy here, which has been aggravating my joints lately and making me sleep a lot too. Monday everyone was fairly nasty to me, one of those days. It may be time for a new therapist or maybe if I'm lucky I'll be moving out of the area soon enough because it sure seems like he doesn't want to be in the same room as me... Dieting going well...
