I am still looking for what I have changed that has stopped my loss. The funny thing is, I still feel like I'm loosing inches faster than the weight. I start a new exercise program next week and I'm hoping that will get things kick started. Short of doing the Induction phase again, that is the only thing I know to change my metabolism. The only thing I re-introduced after Induction was red wine. I sure hope it's not that.

I don't really understand why you say your loss has stopped when you have clearly lost a pound in the last week. It is perfectly reasonable to lose 1-2 lbs per week after being a while on this plan. Losing more than that would actually make it less likely that you would keep it off. What kind of expectations do you have? Don't do the induction phase again. Just be patient. Make some mini goals. You are almost at a 20 lb. loss mark. That is awesome! A stall on Atkins is "no loss" in more than a month. You are not stalled by any means. You are losing at a rate of 4 lbs per month. That is great! Just stick to OWL and if you do stall for a month just cut back on carbs a little bit to jump start the loss. Exercising will help too. Good luck. :)
