So, I accidentally fasted today. I'm just now starting to get hungry. I had my usual dinner last night and woke up not so hungry. Funny thing is, I do this quite often. I have a pretty active job/life, but to go 16 hours before getting hungry just naturally occurs sometimes now. I remember a time when I couldn't go 4 hours without thinking about food.
The cravings almost seem diminished. I can't tell if this is all mental, if I'm just busy enough at work so I don't need the distraction of food, or what... anything to be worried about?
I know on my days off, I'm pretty active, but it's all play and fun stuff. I'm always relaxed and take full advantage of my downtime. But while resting, I'm still not focusing on food and can go any entire day without getting hungry and then eat a filling meal at the end. maybe I've just been doing IF all along, but I've just learned to listen to my body...
