The truth is that I went up to 145. I am finally back to 143, almost 142.5 where I was. So unhappy because I just can't seem to stick with it. And it is summer. I'm not getting to the gym as often as I could. So, try, try again. Right? I really, really want to get back to 136.
Here I go again. Goals- 1400 calories per day. Less wine. Less coffee and dairy. More fruit and veggies. No gluten. More water. Work out daily!!!!
