Welcome Julie! You listed very good reasons to work on your health. I started my journey with knee pain and couldn't walk far without being short of breath. I no longer experience knee pain and I just completed my first half marathon recently. There are many success stories here and yours will be one of them! My cupboards (and fridge) are filled with much healthier food now and it still takes me longer at the grocery store because I take my time checking out food labels. If you can have fruit, that might help your sweet tooth and they are filling snacks. Best of luck to you as you start your journey!! :)
