Wow! I haven't seen 215 in a LONG time. I find when I get hungry a few cherry tomatoes or an apple satisfies me and I no longer crave the crap from the snack machine. It all disgusts me now. I truly believe this is going to be my life style of eating from now on.
Next week I do have a dinner date and it will no doubt be either a) Mexican food, b)Italian food or c)seafood. I hope we do seafood. I think I can get along with the boiled shrimp without the cocktail sauce. We shall see! OMG - my FIRST TEMPTATION!
