Good morning all, how are things?
I managed to get a 3 mile advanced dvd workout this morning. I still feel bad, actually worse than yesterday. I really had to force myself thru my workout, it is hard to breathe. Every time I try to take a deep breath I start coughing. I know, I know, I shouldn't probably work out, but I don't want to get off track any more than I already have. I am drinking some peppermint tea, my throat is so scratchy, I hope it helps. I don't have a fever or anything, it's just all in my throat and chest. I wish I could hurry and get over this so I can amp up my workout and drop some weight!!

I swear by theraflu, not the pills, but the hot lemon tea....hope you get to feeling better and YES>>>> you should probably not be working out while fighting something off. Just the mom in me wanting to help u get better. :)

GREAT to see you doing so well......! and I do hope you feel better soon.....the BBQ sauce recipe I posted in Information's journal has (per 2 Tablespoons) 56 calories, 4 grams of fat, 4 grams of carbs, and 1 gram of protien......

UGH... you sound about as good as I feel... tight in the chest, coughin', tired, etc.! YUCK! I drank my sleepytime tea last night, yum, but still feel crappy today, too. Hopefully it'll be gone sooner than later! Rest up and keep hydrated!

Is this a new thing? I have exercised induced asthma and that happens to me as I'm getting into shape, I have to build up slowly or that happens. Thinking of ya!

I don't think it's that. I used to run/jog up to 5 miles a day, and never had any issues. There's so many bugs going around right now it's not even funny. It kind of feels like strep throat but I don't thinks it's that, strep is more severe. I am just very congestedwith a sore throat and it's hard to get anything up. Yucky.

Hope you're feeling better soon. Don't push yourself too much with the exercise till you're feeling a little better.
