Well today is Monday time to work hard, to eat limited food, keep busy. This seems to help me, I love to color in those gel pen books. I am so happy ( 2 lbs) so want to work to see a new NUMBER on the scale on Saturday. So keep going everyone, and much success to you Nattybun
