Never posted a photo but this bkfst is big yum and keto. Finding ways to add fat that I like has been a challenge. Today’s adds- larger bit of butter and oil when I sauté bok choy and heavy whipping cream in scrambled eggs.

And no the tomatoes aren’t bad- they have pate in them- looks gross but tastes good especially with a bite of bacon:)

looks great and avocado's are a great way to add healthy fat. I also use sugar free mayo for items that works for it. and I love fat bombs, easy to make recipes for that treat and needed healthy fat. salmon is another good choice for fat.
