I have a weigh in tomorrow and have been faithful about counting points...right up until yesterday when I had probably 8 points more than I should have!! I am going to be very discouraged if my weigh-in goes badly for one bad day. I need to start exercising more, I know that. And I am ready to kick it in! but for now, I am going to munch on small stuff and drink a ton of water today and tomorrow morning and HOPEFULLY I will see a decrease in the scale tomorrow...I was hoping for 2 pounds but now I would be happy with atleast 1 pound lost!!
