Came back from Dr., yesterday found out that I have mild Dementia. This is not a surprise to me. For several years my memory has been slowly getting where it was noticeable to me and my family. But anyway back to progres, doing very good ( had 2 yogurt, 2 pudding,and COFFEE, lots of COFFEE.EATING LITTLE THINGS. ☆ ☆ ☆ This is my daily rerouting ☆ ☆ ☆ MORNING: Coffee, banana, SNACK: yogurt( 3:00-4:00 ) DINNER: Small portion ON A SMALL PLATE: This my key, and nothing else, till morning.Try this Maybe, It could help.
