DAMN FLU AGAIN!!! ARRRRRRGH!!!

Can July end already ? This flu virus is getting stronger each year. I've even started using echinacea drops to boost my immune system since having flu 2 weeks ago and it didn't help.

I'll just have to weigh-in next Monday and start again :)

Leksie the strain of flu this year is really bad and it's just getting stronger with time. My GP told me that penicillin isn't effective against the flu anymore so there's now a replacement shot that's supposed to be more effective. Going to get that shot today.

I have been taking a 1000mg of vit c for the last 18 months and haven't been sick once.

I battled earlier in the year but am now religiously taking 1000mg Vit C and.... cross fingers.... so far I'm good!
