last nights dinner after work, strange one yes but it was nice....x1 chicken breast cooked in plum tomatoes , chilli sauce (death sauce) added and x10 chicken wings.

Haha i know! Icouldn't cope with any more broccoli and had a limited option....so chicken chicken and chicken... Can I over do it on chicken at all??

You can never over do the chicken. I have a thing for broccoli and sprouts, bit of butter and parmesan - bliss. But then I don't think there's a vegetable I don't like, I'll have to give it some thought.

Yea I hit the wall with broccoli after today's lunch lol just thinking what I can do for dinner tonight....chicken and what??

Are you specifically trying to keep carbs down? Have you tried making the equivalent of Potato Wedges with Swede or Celeriac? They do taste different but they're not bad for filling the carb/chip hole. If you're trying to keep very low carb though they could be over the top for you. Other ideas - Spiced Chicken Kebabs with salad & a homemade coleslaw. Stir-fried veg inc bean sprouts and shredded savoy cabbage with lean pork, chicken or beef. Roasted cauliflower &/or broccoli - rub in a small amount of oil and curry powder then roast, keeping an eye it doesn't catch too much. Have fun!

Phooka yes, I'm trying to avoid as much as possible, I did eat Alot of pasta, rice, bread all that kinda quick an easy rush rush rush food on the road. I do feel better for it but this is the beginning of a long road, I lost aload last year cycling, stopped cycling and gained it back again.... This time I mean buisness lol Alot of learning, experimenting and chicken to go 😀
