Happy late Birthday. Hope you had a great one!!!  

And a late thank you for the wish.lolol Lately I've been dealing with a new challenge as I've just been diagnosed with cutaneous lupus, not all that serious except I was so bloody (honestly) red and itched like H E double toothpicks! The itching and redness has quieted now for a while. This is something new so I'll just have to wait and see. But I execising with a treadmill I just acquired and am still being fairly true to the diet, but I must keep a balanced one. So I sneak in some fruit now and then therefor the slow weight loss. But I am very happy about the success I've had. Now......off to lose a few more lbs. lol 

A belated thank you, graciepoo. I've been preoccupied with health issues recently but will be back to Fatsecret and try to keep up with the latest. I have lost a few tho and also some fat has melted away. I am a very happy camper!!!!
