Back to my "camped out at weight" I will keep on going though!
Thanks for the encouragement from jasmine77 & skitz600..
I will be trying to drink more h20 in general & REALLY keep track of the calories!! I know once I get to goal I will be able to stay there, but it is just SOOOOOOOOOOOO hard to stay the course when the scale doesn't go anywhere but up!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well, spring is around the corner & I can get outside w/ the kiddies for extra exercise!I WILL break through this plateau!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you can start spring cleaning a little early. I actually enjoy cleaning my house and it makes it a much more peaceful environment. When you think of snacking go grab the vacuum or mop the kitchen floor. Mopping always makes my arms sore! Just remember that the scale is not near the weight you started at. Even though you are not dropping pounds the way you were before, you should still appreciate what you have accomplished! Continue to stay healthy, I'm sure you don't want to return to your start weight. Maybe a new piece of exercise equipment will help you. I really love my mini trampoline! It wasn't expensive and I have never seen my legs look as good as they do now! You are a strong woman, keep telling yourself you can do it and you will!

You may not have lost any numbers on the scale due to gaining more muscle and losing fat. They say that muscle weighs more than fat. 8-)

Hang in there! Those plateau's are tuff, tuff, tuff! I know as I was there for 6 weeks! I had to drink even MORE water (180 oz) and I added more weights to my work out...finally I recorded a loss. You can do it! I'm with you, I can't wait for spring and 'get out there'! Hugs to ya!
