Good for you on finding a dose that works better for you :). Late night snacking was hard for me to give up and I haven’t given it up completely. I usually need something before bed as I can’t sleep when my stomach is growling. But I’ve changed to lower calorie and healthier options over my high calorie junk I ate several months ago. You can do it!
