Need to get back on track with this! I've been taking way tooo many breaks from exercising and eating right, and it's reflecting on my skin, on my sleep patterns, in my blood sugars, etc. So I went to the endocronologist today, and that influences me to do better. Plus, I've made the decision to move back up to CT, so that makes me want to get in good shape and make living healthy set in stone and not so back and forth.
