weigh in morning in boots or weigh in the gym after a good/medium work out at 4pm?

I always weigh myself in the morning (after you pee obviously) ; as you weigh less at that time so it will give you a true reflection of your weight and put you in a good mood for the day if it's down a few pounds, but also give you a true reflection if it's up as well as it won't be influenced by water or what you are wearing.

Going for a 1030 weigh at boots lol if I'm not happy the whole shop is going down! 😂😂

I need more coffee - I was wondering why you’d weigh in boots, bloody heavy things that they are 🤦🏻‍♀️ I go for naked, after using the bathroom and before drinking or eating. That way it’s pretty much “just me”. I also weigh daily and monitor the trend rather than weekly but then I don’t panic about fluctuations whereas some people would.

Do you means boots as in wellies etc or do you mean Boots as in the chemist?

Weigh on my scales at home or so inaccurate, boots the chemist is my preferred, which I've used for sometime
