*THIS IS BACKDATED TO AUGUST 1 257LB* Got off the plane and stood on the scale. Totally bummed to see it up 4lb, but had to have faith because I knew I had eaten better, and made better choices, on a trip, for the first time EVER! This must have been swelling from the 9 hour flight.
