so my fitness instructor has the flue and couldnt make our session... which is good cause i failed misserably at waking up at 4am... i have accepted that my body wants 7 hours sleep and thats final... on the upside... i could tie my shoes this morning without having to hold my breath... looking forward to this evenings way in... lets hope its not a scale up weigh in... to everyone trying to live healthy... wish u all the best?
