I am doing well. My calorie intake was 1550 for August 12, 2012. My calorie intake is lower as I just started eating less and less and it doesn't take much for me to fill up now - a funny thing happened today I opened a can of soup - the noodles had water instead of broth! It was lite soup - someone at the factory probably did it as a joke, I opened up two other different cans and it was OK.
