so sick of up down up down I'm yo-young between 2-3lbs and cannot kick start that progress like I was I'm getting discouraged anyone have any ideas. I'm doing 2 high protein shakes a day followed by a keto meal a day. I also have sensible snacks to keep the metabolism running like raw nuts or a piece of fruit. I'm staying at about 1500 calories a day and I exercise 4 to 5 times a week water aerobics... any suggestions would help!??? HELP....

maybe eating more whole foods instead of artificial food?? try to have a healthy more balanced diet. that is my suggestion. it is not always just about calories. what you eat can also effect how your body deals with the foods you put in it.
