Feel shit that I’m back at 70...but I know I’ve increased my cals and also my exercise so I really hope that most of the weight gain is in muscle, and I know I build muscle very quickly. Trying my best to stop the binges by eating clean all week apart from one day a week when I can treat myself to Keto cheat foods (Banting pizza, Banting brownies, ice cream, etc).
