I have been gone for a week and I paid the price. Do you ever just say, oh, what the heck.. OK, I did so I started the protocol all over by loading up on Saturday and Sunday. It was easy because I went to the local Rennaisance festival and drank a few beers and ate deep fried crab cakes and kings nuts. But I'm back on track and I don't hate myself. I'm definitely 'below the yellow line' this week LOL!! but don't count me out - not yet. Peace.
