Jumping back on the wagon tomorrow. I'm disgusted with how easily I give in to temptation. I want to reach the 130 mark by june at the latest. Sweets aren't going to let that happen so I'm giving myself a swift kick in the behind. Its time to do this. I think i'll do induction for a week and then move on to owl, just to get ketosis going again. <P.S. My kid was in undies all day today. He had many accidents but he also went alot on the potty too. He needs to learn to control it. And unless he went in school he didnt have a bm today. I put a diaper on him now cuz its bedtime, but i'm going to put him on the potty first thing in the morning and undies.>

Look on the bright side.. we both want 130 but at this point, you're closer than I am, lol.. Stay ahead of me or I might catch up!!!!!
