I feel I have to say this. I know you love your rice cakes and agree they are delicious but it may not be wise to eat them often. Years ago I attended a big health foods convention and at one of the seminars a man spoke about working in research for one of the cereal companies. He was studying puffed cereal grains and discovered they were really detrimental to the health of the test animals. Very alarmed, he went to his superiors with the information. When they wouldn't withdraw the products he grew more insistent - and they fired him. He did not specify what his findings were but clearly he was alarmed enough that he took up speaking about it at conventions. I do notice that puffed grain cereals and products aren't very prevalent anymore except for popcorn and rice cakes. I hope you will take this information into consideration. Maybe the guy was off kilter but having seen him I'd say he was seriously concerned for the millions of children eating these cereals every day.
