Gained what I lost yesterday, but am very please with my progress. Holding my calories at 1200-1500. Walking 10 miles a week 3 mph at a 5% grade. Knowing this approach will be successful with time. Not disappointed as I know in a couple of days I’ll hit the 159.9 again!
