i felt like crasp today my blood sugar dropped and made me with no energy so ive got to get busy now and do most of the exercise... im also going to start weighing myself every day so i can keep on top of any little weight gain... i didnt have mcdonaslds today but had one slice of a 10inch pizza which isnt that bad since it had pepperoni and pineapple/...
