Day 3 challenge 195 - Saturday tough day - always
I ate a ton Saturday and on Sunday I woke up 204.8 - determined to lose below 204 so I needed to do some house cleaning , and did recumbent bike riding - 30 minutes and didn't eat until 12 - weighed before I ate and was 203.6 -
Saturday ate 2 ice cream sandwiches , shrimp hot braised 2 helping no breading , cabbage, hot sour soup bowl, carrot cake , 2 bud select , cod and catfish light breaking and , green beans , corn and 4 oz steak - cole slaw - Coke Zero - water -
I ate all through the day /
I'm trying to get metabolism burning hot with exercise , eating 3-4 times a day -
bring the output up exercise and bringing input down eating /
This holiday weekend will pass but I'm making sure I'm on the downtrend each day - I'll work until there each day - training for weight 195- sept 15
