Not a good weekend for my eating plan. I did okay on Saturday until after dinner, then I was eating everything. Then I just threw it all out the window on Sunday. I don't know what I was thinking! It seems to be the way I work, do well all week then go crazy on the weekend. So, I just have to do better during the week. I also didn't get up to do my workout this morning. I was just tired, but tired or not, tomorrow I'm getting up and getting it done. I've been working at my job for a little over 5 years now and I'm still about 4 or 5 pounds heavier than when I started, so I really want to work hard to get that off (and maybe a little extra). My goal this week is to get all of my workouts in on their scheduled days and stay within my goal of between 1200 & 1500 cals at least 6 days out of the week. I can do this I just need to kick myself in the butt.
