Lost only around 5 pounds the last few weeks, however I feel fantasic! I am crushing cardio 5x a week and I have so much energy. Remember to start a cardio plan slow into a more moderate pace to prevent injury.

Agree with slow start. Seniors was passing me when I started. Now I pass them, and much younger guys than me too. Setting the mind to this is for life, progress do not have to be pushed... it comes naturally. Makes it all more relaxed. No need to fight numbers.
