Been reading Jimmy Moore's n=1 experiment on his blog. He's had to go to 85% fat, 12% protein and 3% carbs ratio in order to go into nutritional ketosis and begin losing the weight he had put back on. He's lost quite a bit in the past few months and he feels amazing. Very interesting read. He based his experiment on Phinney and Volek's book, "The Art and Science of Low-Carb Performance," which I ordered and can't wait to read.
