My dinner was very yummy but unfortunately it didn’t help me sleep more. Thought if I went to bed early I’d wake earlier than 3/3:30 and would be able to go back to sleep before getting up at 5:30. No such luck.

When I first started fasting I had a hard time sleeping (carbs help sleeping). However, 2 scoops of protein powder with heavy cream in my nightly shake, I sleep like a baby :)

Yeah carbs help me sleep too. Mostly because when I eat them I do so until I pass out 🤣🤣🤣😜😜😜

🤣😜! I think the heavy cream is also a factor. I think I am just giving my body something to do so it let's me sleep. Otherwise, it wants me to wake up! (perhaps to go start looking for some food) Really irritating at 2:00am!

Try magnesium citrate before bed, relaxes the mind and body. And/or melatonin. I do both. Sleep all night or back to sleep after waking with no problem:)

or eat a little more, I find I sleep in when I have a very satisfying meal. funny how that works.

I don't sleep good with empty stomach. For me it's easier being hungry all day long and have a big dinner haha

I take mag, potassium and calcium every night and I basically do the same thing where I eat my big meal a few hours before bed. I should pick up some melatonin. I have some already but they are the gummies that are full of sugar 😕
