I really don't know how to explain this because it's so great by the hand with a investable feeling of being clueless about my body. Today I see myself in a mirror of the room of one friend o'mine, and I feel like seeing another girl with a good figure, a lot less cellulite, a cute belly, I was so worried about make 40min of exercise and complete my calendar (I follow one from a awesome youtuber -gymvirtual is you want to know, that I really don't take the time to see my changes. I can't believe I want to use shorts, I didn't recognize myself but I'm so proud!
Those changes are that ones the people didn't see and are truly more important than be skinnier. I'm not close to my final goal, but I feel so fine about this journey right now, al right, is going to take a few months more, but I can love myself.
