Working way too much, too long, too many days/week, the only blessing I am no longer eating Starbucks Coffee Cake, and Oat Bars to cope - healthy Keto is getting me through. I have yet to do an iota of exercise - can't believe 33 lb have melted off in my chair!!!? One day, life balance is a goal, hopefully one I am around for. Off to bed, another Big day ahead. Keto lunch attached... :)
