ok soo.. went out to dinner tonight.. ended up going to Smokey bones and i had a print out of the points values.. so i got a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of bbq baked beans.. which totaled 12 pts.. not too bad. i even skipped out on dessert and had a special k bar later. i think i only went over my points range by about 1 or 2 pts.. not bad for going out to eat.. i was pretty stuffed too! didn't get to excersize becuz the gym closes before i get out of work, but i did walk a lott, so i don't feel like i did that bad.. overall im pretty pleased.. i thought i was going to totally blow off my plan and eat a 20+ pt meal there. feeling pretty good about myself instead of the usual guilt trip when i would cheat. so good day overall :)
