You have only been low carb a few days that I see you should be 20 carbs or less each and everyday. It takes three to 4 days to hit ketosis. I would also suggest you have more whole foods like salads, zuchinni and other low carb veggies. Once you are totally fat adapted you will no longer be so hungry all the time.
